Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over R1500 in Gauteng.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Customs and Duties
For international orders:

- Carpy Trader is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

- We currently ship to South Africa. If your location isn’t listed, contact us to see if arrangements can be made.
- Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations.
